Ingredients:
2 1/2 pounds Shredded Red Cabbage
1 Red Onion, sliced
1/2 bunch Green Onions, sliced
1 1/2 cups Olive Oil
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup Honey
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
1 1/2 cups Raisins or Cranberries
Directions:
Combine cabbage, red and green onions in large mixing bowl. Blend oil, vinegar, honey, pepper, cumin, and mustard in a separate bowl. Add cabbage mixture. Toss and coat well. Stir in raisins and/or cranberries. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Makes 7 cups.
