Ingredients:
1/4 cup Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
4 large Portobello Mushrooms, stems removed
Directions:
Combine oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in bowl. Add Portobello mushrooms stirring to coat. Cover and chill for two hours. Drain, discarding marinade. Place mushrooms in center of cooking grate. Grill in charcoal kettle, on a gas grill, or in the oven. Grill for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until tender. Makes 4 servings.
