Ingredients:
3/4 cup sliced Green Onions and Tops
2 tbsps. Olive Oil
3 Garlic Cloves, minced
3 cans Navy or Great Northern Beans
OR (6 cups cooked dry-packaged Navy or Great Northern Beans, rinsed, drained)
1 can (8 oz) crushed Pineapple, undrained
1/4 tsp. Jalapeno Pepper, minced
1/2 cup Honey OR Molasses
1 cup 100% Pineapple or Apple Juice
2 tbsps. Dijon-style Mustard
1/4 tsp. Pepper
Directions:
Sauté onions and garlic in oil in a large skillet until tender. Mix all remaining ingredients in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake covered, at 350° for 1 hour. Uncover and bake another 30 minutes. Makes 6 main dishes or 12 side dishes.
