Ingredients:
2 cans Pinto Beans OR 3 cups Dried Pinto Beans
1 Clove Garlic, minced
1 Jalapeno Chili, minced OR 1 tsp. Red Chili Pepper Flakes
2 tbsp. Chili Powder
2 tbsp. Ground Cumin
1/4 tsp. Ground Coriander
1 tsp. Salt
Directions:
Cook pinto beans in saucepan for about 30 minutes. Add garlic, jalapeno, spices, and salt to cooked beans. Mash beans with a potato masher or puree in food processor until smooth.
