Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs. Mustard Greens
2 1/2 lbs. Turnip Greens
1/4 cup Yellow Onions, diced
1/4 cup Olive Oil
2 cups Vegetable Stock (click here for recipe)
Water as needed
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
Wash and clean greens. Cut or tear in small pieces. Place oil in large frying pan over medium low to medium heat. Sauté onions for 3 to 4 minutes. Add greens to pan. Fry greens for about 15 to 20 minutes, until tender, stirring frequently. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add vegetable stock and cook about another 45 minutes or longer, until desired tenderness is reached. Add water as needed. (Greens naturally will make their own water)
